2021 Grand Concourse

From the North: Major Deegan Expressway south to Exit #9 Fordham Rd. Turn left at the light onto Fordham Rd. heading east.

From the South: Major Deegan Expressway north to Exit #9 at Fordham Rd. Turn right at the light onto Fordham Rd. heading east.

• Take Fordham Rd. for 10 blocks to fork in the road, bare right onto 188th street.
• Take 188th street 2 blocks and turn right into the outside lane of the Grand Concourse heading south.
• Take the Grand Concourse south for 8 blocks. #2021 is on the right after crossing Burnside Ave. with a red, white and blue awning that says Union Community Health Center.

From the East: Rt. 95/Cross Bronx Expressway west and exit at #2A Jerome Ave. Turn right onto Jerome Ave. north.

From the West: Rt. 95/Cross Bronx Expressway east and exit at #2A Jerome Ave. Turn left onto Jerome Ave north.

• Take Jerome Ave. north for 8 blocks and turn right onto Burnside Ave east.
• Take Burnside Ave. 3 blocks to Creston Ave. As Burnside splits into a center lane tunnel under the Grand Concourse and a right hand lane one block up to the Grand Concourse, stay in the right hand lane up to light.
• Turn right onto the outside lane of the Grand Concourse. #2021 is on the right with a red, white and blue awning that says Union Community Health Center.

Union Community Health Center

From the North: Major Deegan Expressway south to Exit #9 at Fordham Rd. Turn left at the light onto Fordham Rd. east.

From the South: Major Deegan Expressway north to Exit #9 at Fordham Rd. Turn right at the light onto Fordham Rd. east.

Take Fordham Rd. for 10 blocks until the road forks. Bear right onto 188th street.

• Take 188th street 3 blocks to Valentine Avenue.
• Union Community Health Center will be on the far right corner.
• Turn right onto Valentine Avenue and park in the parking lot on the left, just behind Union Community Health Center.

From the East: Rt. 95/Cross Bronx Expressway west to the Major Deegan Expressway north and follow directions above.

From the West: Rt. 95/Cross Bronx Expressway east to the Major Deegan Expressway north and follow directions above.

2250 Ryer Avenue

From the North: Major Deegan Expressway south to Exit #9 at Fordham Rd. Turn left at the light onto Fordham Rd. east.

From the South: Major Deegan Expressway north to Exit #9 at Fordham Rd. Turn right at the light onto Fordham Rd. east.

Take Fordham Rd. for 10 blocks until the road forks. Bear right onto 188th street.

• Follow Fordham Rd. for 10 blocks until the road forks, bare right onto 188th street.
• Take 188th street 2 blocks and turn right into the center (not right hand) lane on the Grand Concourse south. Take the Grand Concourse 4 blocks and turn left onto 183 rd street.
• Turn right at the next block onto Ryer Ave. and park on the street. #2250 is midway down the block on the left, just after the schoolyard.

817 East 180th Street

From the North: Bronx River Parkway south to exit #7W. Exit onto Fordham Rd west. Turn left onto Southern Boulevard south. Follow it 8 blocks and turn right onto 180th street. #817 is one block in on the right, a one story building with a mural on the side, just before Mapes Avenue. Park on the street.

From the South: Take the Hutchinson River Parkway, the Bronx River Parkway or the Sheridan Expressway north to Rt. 95/Cross Bronx Expressway west (see   From the East below).

From the East: Take Rt. 95/Cross Bronx Expressway west to Exit #3. Merge onto the service road for one block and then turn right onto Third Avenue north. Follow Third Avenue for 5 blocks and turn right onto 180th street east for 8 blocks, cross over Mapes Avenue and #817 is on the left, a one story building with a mural on the side. Park on the street.

From the West: Take Rt. 95/Cross Bronx Expressway east to Exit #2B. Turn left onto Webster Ave. north and go 6 blocks to 180th street. Turn right onto 180th street east and go 13 blocks, cross over Mapes Avenue and #817 is on the left, a one story building with a mural on the side. Park on the street.
